You can cancel your recurring subscription at any moment directly from your Subscription Settings or by emailing support@ditechart.local. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further renewal charges will be deducted.

5. UPI Mandate & Recurring Billing Recovery
For recurring subscription payments via Razorpay e-mandate/auto-debit, pre-debit notifications are sent 24 to 48 hours in advance per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circulars. If a payment fails, our graceful Dunning Engine grants a 3-day recovery grace period before pausing WhatsApp notifications.
